Xperience Citroën puts customers on a purpose-built course in each city to feel the suspension, the comfort and the confidence for themselves. The problem for a film is obvious. Comfort is a feeling. You cannot point a camera at it.
So we filmed around it. The course, the wheels, the mud, and above all the faces of the people inside the car. Four cities, four films: Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jalandhar and Srinagar.
Show the ground, then show the calm
The trick is contrast. Get the lens low on the wheels as they hit ruts and mud so the audience sees how rough the ground really is. Then cut inside, where the passengers are relaxed and talking. The gap between those two shots is the suspension story, told without a spec sheet.

Drone passes do the other half of the work. From above, the shape of the course reads instantly: the turns, the flags, the slopes. One wide shot saves a minute of explanation.

Let the product speak once
Jalandhar had the clearest product brief. The Basalt X takes the figure-8 while the edit lands its points, tropicalised AC and the suspension, and then gets out of the way. We gave the product its moment and let the drive carry the rest.

Every city gets its own pace
Hyderabad opened the tour on 108 years of inspiration, so it moves with energy. Dehradun is the most physical film, all mud and spray. Srinagar slows right down: Dal Lake, families in the cars, and a line the drivers kept coming back to. Effortless.

One grade, one campaign
Different cities, different light, different weather. The grade ties them together so the four films sit side by side as one series. That is what a brand needs from a tour: not four separate shoots, but a library that looks like it was planned as one.
